Spiritual nature of holy names

Līlā, guṇa, rūpa, līlā-parikara — bhai sab pachi Bhagavān. Pahile rūpa, nāma, nāma-rūpa. So Bhagavān to sambandha-kī śāsana ye vidhi batāte hai. To Bhagavān-kā nāma: nāma-cintāmaṇiḥ kṛṣṇaś caitanya-rasa-vigrahaḥ.

Bhagavān-kā nāma cetana, bas, nāma caitanya rasa-vigraha. Pūrṇaḥ śuddho nitya-mukto 'bhinnatvān nāma-nāminoḥ.

Bhagavān-kā nāma jaise Bhagavān cetana vastu, sac-cid-ānanda vigraha, isī prakār Bhagavān-kā nāma bhī caitanya vastu, sac-cid-ānanda vigraha. That is the difference.

Stages and benefits of chanting

Constitutional position of the soul

So Caitanya Mahāprabhu Jagannātha Purī me aur Bhagavān ke mandir me jākar Jagannātha mūrti dekhkar hī Bhagavān mūrcchit ho gaye.

Unkī bilkul nāk bilagayā, peṭ bhīg gayā, śvāsa-praśvāsa chalā hī nahi, kyūṅki unko ye samādhi ho jātī, unko śvāsa-praśvāsa bilkul band ho gayā.

Unkā sab jo praśāsa Hare kṛta Hare Kṛṣṇa, unko hosh āyā, Caitanya Mahāprabhu, Sārvabhauma Bhaṭṭācārya unko batāyā, parantu caubīsa baras unke bhakti kā svarūp dekhkar, itnī baṛī kam umra me sannyāsa le liyā.
