Opening prayers and chanting

Yantah pravishya mamamavachamamprasupam sandjivayatikasakti dharaswadam, So we all know the story how Srila Prabhupada received the instruction of his spiritual master when he was 22 years old.
Śrīla Prabhupāda, you know, he often cited this verse, guru-nuniṣṭhātvaṁ śrījñāna-niṣṭhā... and swigarcha katanamukariam. Tonhone, Uki Guru se Siksalit.
And then for forty plus years, for forty yeah, forty plus years, he was meditating on the order of the spiritual master. So he was trying to teach us a very important lesson that

Anecdote from Keshavji Gaudiya Math

If this deep meditation is there, Krishna for sure will reciprocate with this desire within the heart.

Because he has the implicit faith in the power of the holy name. There is another little story from Akincana Krishna Das Babaji. He was once sitting with Bon Maharaj, disciple of Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Prabhupāda.
And uh Bon Maharaj was one of the first Prabhupāda, one of the first Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī disciples whom he sent to the West. And he opened the first branch of Gauḍīya Maṭha in London and he was there in Germany, he met with the Queen and he had some
little level of success but ultimately he couldn't spread Krishna consciousness.

And he went to the West and he had complete success. What is the difference between you and him?

Prabhupada's departure for the West
Prabhupāda had faith in the order of his spiritual master and faith in the holy name.
And now we're sitting in front of this plaque, and it's a very appropriate place to meditate on the state of Śrīla Prabhupāda before his voyage, his journey to America.
It's easy for us to think, yes, Prabhupāda was destined to have success and you know for sure the success will be there. And yes, Prabhupāda had faith, but still he was not very sure what is going to happen in America.

Intimate dialogue between devotee and Krishna
definitely meditates what's going to happen, what's going to happen, what's going to happen. And this meditation for him is his relationship with Krishna.
You know, he's entering into very deep and intimate relationship with Krishna, and he is constantly speaking with Krishna. Krishna, what will happen? You know, you are in charge. What will happen? I don't know what will happen, but I'm surrendered to you.
So this dialogue with Krishna is constantly going on within his heart. Swikiana, Niandhana Sambavikan Koganada, Ariakur Sartaan Koganada. Tangalana Purna Maypula Nyendava, Adumini and the Sambavikim.
So this tivra māyā dhyānam, very deep meditation within the heart on Krishna and his desire is called Krishna consciousness. You know Krishna is there, but Krishna is hiding.
You know that he is there, but Krishna is not really revealing himself to you, but you still insist: I know you're here and I want to fulfill your desire. Not my desire, but your desire. That's called complete Saranagati.

In the same way, in the heart of Śrīla Prabhupāda, the same competition is going on.
Śrīla Prabhupāda says to Krishna, you do whatever you like, and I will anyway preach to you, preach your message, preach Krishna consciousness, no matter what happens.

And ultimately Śrīla Prabhupāda says the devotee becomes victorious over Krishna. It's only in our tradition and our spiritual tradition bhakta is more powerful than Bhagavan.
Namuda Sampradayatil Matramana, Namuda Yi Atyathi Sampradaitil Matramana, Bakti Bhagavani male stanam nalgapitriki. In every other tradition, Bhagavan is all powerful and Bhakti is just surrendered soul.
But in our tradition, the surrender of a bhakta forces Bhagavan to him, śakti, which amazes Bhagavān himself. You know, because Bhagavan is Rasamai.
He is he wants to have rasa. He wants to have this enjoyment of the relationship. And the main condition of rasa is amazement, is this chamatkar.
You know, so when Śrīla Prabhupāda with his determination and his desire to serve he completely creates this feeling of amazement in Bhagavān.
And Bhagavān thinks you know this old man is is uh going to America and he's going to spread my message there.
Three secrets of Prabhupada's success
You know, it's amazing. I have to give him some Shakti. So this is the third secret of success of Śrīla Prabhupāda. The first secret was his implicit faith in the order of his spiritual master.
The second secret was his complete faith, which was into the holy name. But the third secret is that by his determination he could surprise even Bhagavān himself.
So this dridha-niścaya, this viśvāsa or dridha-niścaya, this uh determination to uh do something for Bhagavān is actually you know his teaching to us.
Krishna arranged this līlā to teach all the followers of Śrīla Prabhupāda how we can achieve success in our spiritual life.
Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura Prabhupāda gave ātdeśa, gave the order to Śrīla Prabhupāda to preach Krishna consciousness all over the world.
And automatically this order which he gave to Śrīla Prabhupāda refers to all of us. We are supposed to do the same.
And it is said when the spiritual master gives the order, with the order, he gives the Shakti the energy to fulfill this order. But we can only fulfill this order if we have complete faith into the holy name.
Paksha Anradeshampali and Sadhikamangal Namaka Hare Namatil Virupadika Maya Vishwam Śrī Rāma Hare Rāma Rāma Rāma Hare Hare Hare Krishna Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hari Hare Rama Hare Rama Rama Rama Hare
Hare. But the ultimate secret of success is that in our desire to please Krishna, in our desire to please our spiritual master, in our desire to preach Krishna consciousness, we have to impress Krishna himself.
Parable of the determined sparrow

Namalab Bhagavān Śrīla Prabhupāda tells the little story in Bhagavad-gītā about the little sparrow who wanted to uh you know to uh dry up the ocean. Some wouldn't but you can sum ikan some kuriakata.
So So the ocean took away the eggs of this little sparrow and uh the uh his sparrow became very determined and he said, Okay, if you don't want to give me uh the eggs back, you know I will dry you up, no problem.
And he started, you know, taking little water of the ocean and put it in another place.
Kuri in Tyrnu, a Kuria Kutchumutta, Kadalugunduboi. Abo Kadan Kadanod Kuri Barnu, Shiri D and Muta Tirchada, I linked in the Vatican Ramanya and Actually, in Gujarat, there is still a place where this happened.
And there is a big, big lake with salty water near the ocean. And nobody knows how it appears, but according to the local legend, this lake was the result of the this sparrow endeavors.
And when the other birds they saw that this little sparrow is trying to dry up the ocean, they started helping this little sparrow and there were so many
birds came and they started helping him to put the ocean to the water of the ocean in another place. Still the ocean was not so much impressed, you know.
He thought, oh, this useless birds, what they can do with me. I'm so big and so great. But then one clever bird flew to Garuda and
said to Garuda, look, all these birds are trying hard to you know to dry up the ocean and you are the king of the birds and you're doing doing anything to protect your uh subjects.

Narada Muni saw this happening and he decided to help and Narada Muni was very impressed by this endeavor. He went to Garuda and he said, do something about it. You are you are the king of the birds.
And then Garuda came to this spot where this you know frantic endeavor is going on and Garuda you know looked at them and he became so impressed and so moved by this labor of the birds.
Then he said to the ocean, you know you better give back the eggs or you will deal with me. Garudan Samutrate Muhammaduk And still the ocean was not so impressed.
Developing determination in spiritual practice
But then Garuda moved his wing and the ocean became completely agitated and he said, okay, okay, I uh I realized everything, you know, I surrender to you.
So this is the mechanism, the little sparrow, little tiny jiva, cannot do anything on its own. The only thing which we can do is to develop this determination, this driddhanish.
And then the miracle can happen with the help of the higher forces. So Srila Prabhupada is standing here in this place,
going in the coach in itself and you know, meditating on this. And this is the state of his mind. This is the state of his heart.
No matter what, I will do my part, and then, Krishna, whatever you want to do, you will do, but I will do my part of the service no matter what happened otherwise. So this is the best place in the universe to obtain this
antaraṅga-bhāvam. And if this antaraṅga-bhāvam will come to our heart, the success will be guaranteed. Now it is said that a great devotee whenever he goes he invests his bhava into this place.
And uh if we come to this place we can uh get the privilege of sharing this bath or obtaining this bath which Prabhupāda invested here.
Shila Prabhupada is Talatan Nikshevicha Eandriga Bhavam, other Svigari Khanam, other Matular Kapangavikyanam, or is Talamaituna Kitana Kana Sadi.
It's like the powerhouse of his determination and bhāva, and we can kind of connect with this determination in this place.
Avatindemulu, Shakti Pitham and Tis Talataparayam, a peace talatu on the Namati Shakti Ulpunda Pagarivan Satan. So there is no doubt about it that this is a very powerful śakti-pīṭham. This is a very powerful place.
